Take Exit 16 on New York State Thruway. Proceed to Route 17 West to Exit 96, Livingston Manor

From Binghamton:
Take Route 17 East to Exit 96, Livingston Manor.

- The Rt. 17 “Quickway” is a controlled access divided highway with a legal speed of 55 m.p.h. Beginning at NYS Thruway, I-87, Exit 16, Harriman, the Quickway stretches westward to Lake Erie. At several points, Rt. 17 intersects North-South-bound highways: Interstate 81 at Binghamton; Rt. 15 at Painted Post; Interstate 84 at Middletown, NY. The Thruway connects with a network of other expressways, such as the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Connecticut Turnpikes; and the Garden State, Palisades Interstate, and Merritt Parkways.

By Bus - From NYC, Long Island, Orange, Rockland, Westchester, and northern New Jersey. Shortline Buses have frequent express service from the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
