Take Exit 16
on New York State Thruway. Proceed to Route 17 West to Exit
96, Livingston Manor
From Binghamton:
Take Route 17 East to Exit 96, Livingston Manor.
By Auto - The Rt. 17 Quickway is a controlled
access divided highway with a legal speed of 55 m.p.h. Beginning
at NYS Thruway, I-87, Exit 16, Harriman, the Quickway stretches
westward to Lake Erie. At several points, Rt. 17 intersects
North-South-bound highways: Interstate 81 at Binghamton; Rt.
15 at Painted Post; Interstate 84 at Middletown, NY. The Thruway
connects with a network of other expressways, such as the New
Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Connecticut Turnpikes;
and the Garden State, Palisades Interstate, and Merritt Parkways.
By Bus - From NYC, Long Island, Orange, Rockland, Westchester,
and northern New Jersey. Shortline Buses have frequent express
service from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. North and West,
this same carrier services Binghamton, Rochester, Buffalo and
Jamestown with connections to New England and major US cities.
